Location: Open – Virtual Office
A well-established software company is looking for a responsible, dependable, motivated, and results-driven individual to join our technical team! This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations within our product development and support group. Primary responsibilities include Full Stack Programming, managing databases, Tier 3 Support, and other projects.
Salary is dependent on qualifications.
Must have strong interpersonal skills.
- Must have Full Stack Programming experience
- Graphic artist skills are a plus.
- Must have Customer Technical Support experience.
- Must be willing to learn.
This person will work remotely and report directly to the vice president of the company.
Responsibilities
- Full Stack Programming
- Handling Web Pages
- Tier 3 Technical Support Calls
- Quickly respond to customer issues and requests.
- Build customer relationships.
- Build and maintain databases
- Web Page Design
- Technical
Requirements\Qualifications
- CMMS (Optional)
- Technical Skills:: HTML Java Script AJAX jQuery CSS ASP PHP / Classic ASP SQL Postman Flutter Firebase React
- Web Design is a must
- Android Studio is a plus
- Graphic Artist Skills are a plus
- Customer Technical Support
- Ability to understand customer issues and resolve them quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but will consider 2+ years of technology or software experience.
- Ability to quickly master new software tools
- Technologically savvy
- Must be able to present himself\herself in a professional manner and possess excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Self-motivated, goal, and detail-oriented.
