Marketing\Web Assistant – Remote Entry Level

This is a fully remote position.

Marketing\Web Assistant supports the marketing manager and assists with the execution of projects such as the creation of marketing materials and articles, social media outreach, web design and management, sales presentations, and other marketing projects as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assists the marketing manager to ensure that marketing materials are fully optimized for search engines.
  • Update and modify sales and marketing materials as needed.
  • Using WordPress skills or HTML uploads content to the company website.
  • WordPress, modify content to fully optimize web pages for search engines.
  • Ensure that marketing ads and campaigns are well designed and that social media channels are optimally used.
  • Ability to learn the product line and create effectively-written articles, materials, etc. to promote the service.
  • Proofread marketing materials, articles, website, etc.
  • Required experience in creating ads and modifying images using Adobe Photoshop.
  • Proven ability to market through social media channels.
  • Work with multiple team members to create sales/marketing materials.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Associate’s or BS in Marketing Business or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum one year of marketing B2B.
  • Minimum one year of SEO.
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a must.
  • WordPress, managing, posting, uploading files, and maintaining the website.
  • Strong proofreading, writing, and copy-editing skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop – Required
  • Graphic Design – ads, website, presentations, etc.
  • SEO Tools ( Keywords, Traffic analysis, etc.)
  • Social Media Skills, posting, creating ads, research, and outreach.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles.
  • Self-motivated and high energy.
  • Ability to multi-task – Required.
  • Ability to work well with others on multiple projects.
  • Detailed oriented.

Nice to Have:

  • WordPress program coding or HTML
  • Skills in SEO and PPC
  • Web Analytics
  • Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and Google Campaigns
  • Bilingual
